SPATU (Sistem Pengurusan Aset dan Tugas) is an Asset and Task Management System. It is a suite of enterprise asset management (EAM) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) applications built with WEB 2.0 technologies.

As a CMMS, SpatuEAM maintains a computer database of information about an organization’s maintenance operations. The information database in SpatuEAM is intended:

• to help maintenance workers do their jobs more effectively.
  For example, determining which storerooms contain the spare parts they need
• to help management make informed decisions.
  For example, calculating the cost of equipment maintenance used, possibly leading to better allocation of resources
• to provide record of maintenance history.
  For example, if an organization is involved in a liability case, the data in a CMMS database can serve as evidence that proper safety maintenance has been performed

As an EAM, SpatuEAM provides whole life optimal management of the physical assets. It is intended to maximizze asset value across departments within an organization. It covers such things as the design, construction, commissioning, operations, maintenance and decommissioning/replacement of plant, equipment and facilities. By managing assets using SpatuEAM, organizations can:
