Recognitions.
The Bumiputera ICT Demand Aggregation (BiDA) Program by the Malaysian Digital Corporation (MEDC) is intended to create market access for Bumiputra ICT entrepreneurs. The program was previously known as the Bumiputra Demand Aggregation (BDA) Champions Program.
Aidan Technologies is among the 100 selected ICT Organizations to be nurtured by MDEC through this program. The program is initiated to support high-potential companies by equipping them with the required competency edge to be competitive in the open market.
An initiative by Aidan Technologies is the recipient of the NEF-Awani ICT Award for the “Best New Media Application”. We were selected by the judges as the winner of the first prize at the inaugural award event.
The award was presented by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dato’ Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak.
Aidan Technologies has received 5-star ratings in the annual Provider-Based Evaluation (ProBE) rating. The ProBE criteria was developed by MAMPU and MDEC to improve service delivery features and satisfy international assessment, towards citizen-centric services.
ProBE gives individual ratings of up to 5-star to each agency, depending on the fulfillment of its 47 criteria. ProBE has taken into considerations international studies and benchmarks where criteria were aligned to American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) as well as observation were made on United Nation E-Government Survey.

ePerolehan is the government electronic procurement system that facilitates procurement and improves the quality of the service delivery. It is the de facto procurement system of the federal government. The World Bank has recognised the ePerolehan System as one of the most successful electronic procurement systems in the world.
As a registered company, Aidan Technologies can participate in procurement initiatives from government agencies, through quotations and tenders, via the ePerolehan portal. ePerolehan allows Aidan Technologies to process purchase orders and receive online payments from the government.
